Hello Maker! I am so happy that you are interested in testing my crochet patterns! Part of being a pattern designer means ensuring that every detail of my crochet patterns is just right. I can’t do that without the help of my amazing pattern testers! These amazing makers work hard to proof read my patterns, find grammatical errors, crochet errors, typos, or anything I may have missed. I am looking for beginner to advanced level crocheters to test my patterns.
Why become a pattern tester?
You might think the greatest benefit of becoming a pattern tester is to get a free pattern. Don’t get me wrong, that is a great perk, but it isn’t the only reason to become a pattern tester. The biggest benefit of becoming a tester is that you will increase your skill set and gain experience. You will meet some amazing people (me!), as well as help me to become the best pattern designer that I can be. In the end this benefits the whole maker community! And I’m all about community over competition!

I will choose my testers within 24-48 hours of closing the tester call. Chosen testers will receive an email with a non-editable PDF of the pattern via email and will be added to a group chat on Instagram. Filling out the form does not guarantee that you will be chosen.

- Pattern testers must have a public Instagram profile and be willing to be added to a group chat with the other testers.
- Pattern testers must provide 2-3 quality photos of the completed project, with at least one of it modeled. I will always credit you in any social media photos, or if they are included in the final pattern.
- If the pattern testing parameters are not met, you will be invoiced for the price of the final PDF.
I encourage my pattern testers to share photos of your work on social media. Please feel free to share in-progress and completed pics to your social media accounts. I love seeing the creativity that others have put into my patterns! Please tag me in your photos so that I can share them in my Instagram posts and stories!
